Traditional French sweet crepes are made with cow's milk, free-range eggs, and 100% wheat flour ground using a traditional stone mill.

All sweet crepes can also be prepared upon request with a buckwheat galette made from 100% buckwheat flour, which is naturally gluten-free but may contain traces of gluten.
